The commission tier publishers are put onto is determined by the type of website / content / service that publisher provides to their customers. Overnightprints.com, Overnightprint, Overnight print, or Overnightprinting, Overniteprints whether standing alone are as part of a longer keyword (e.g., Overnightprints Business Cards, Business Cards Overnightprints, Overnightprints coupons, Overnightprints promotions). You must add all of the following terms as broad match negative keywords: Overnightprints, Overnight prints, Overnightprint, Overnight print, Overnight printing, Overnightprinting, Overnight prints.com, Overnightprints.com, Overnight printing.com Non-Compete SEM Bidding Keywords You must not outbid OvernightPrints.com at any time. The use of Overnight Prints trademark in the domain after .com is not to be used in any paid search advertising. I.E. www.mybusiness.com/overnightprints. TRADEMARKS: You must not use the trademarked terms Overnight Prints, Overnightprints, or overnightprints.com or any confusingly similar terms (e.g., common misspellings or plural versions) in search copy, regardless of the keyword searched. You must not purchase or use domain names containing any Overnight Prints trademark, including domain names that combine an Overnight Prints trademark with one or more additional words, letters, numbers, or other characters, or domain names containing any misspelling or other confusingly similar variation of any Overnight Prints trademark. IMPERSONATING OVERNIGHT PRINTS: You must not run ads that impersonate Overnight Prints or implying the ad is served by Overnight Prints. Ads MUST clearly be represented as links to an affiliate offer. Limited Use SEM Display URL Content You must NOT use the trademarked terms Overnightprints, Overnight Prints, or Overnightprints.com or any confusingly similar terms (e.g., common misspellings or plural versions) in search copy, regardless of the keyword searched. You must not purchase or use domain names containing any Overnight Prints trademark, including domain names that combine an Overnight Prints trademark with one or more additional words, letters, numbers, or other characters, or domain names containing any misspelling or other confusingly similar variation of any Overnight Prints trademark. In addition, the use of Overnight Prints in the domain after .com is not to be used in any paid search advertising (e.g., www.yourcompany.com/Overnightprints). Unacceptable Web Sites You are prohibited from using OvernightPrints.com, the OvernightPrints trademark including but not limited to OvernightPrints, Overnight Prints and OvernightPrints.com on any adult, pornography, porn, erotic, sex, political or racist websites. Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web Sites Publishers may use the OvernightPrints logos and trademarked terms in ad copy and website content but you must not act, claim or imply that you are OvernightPrints Corporation or OvernightPrints.com. For the official OvernightPrints logo please request by emailing affiliates@overnightprints.com ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Additional Promotional Methods Software You are prohibited from using any software such as but not limited to, browser extensions or toolbars that redirect the browser through affiliate links. NOR are you permitted to use popups which provide links to available affiliate offers for the consumer to click on.
